House Rules for the MAYKA Holiday Home
1. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. (unless otherwise agreed).
2. Liability: Guests are liable for any damage that occurs during their stay.
3. Respect & Consideration: Please treat the house, nature, and the neighborhood as if they were your own. (And if you don’t treat your own well – please make an exception here!)
4. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please smoke only outdoors.
5. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
6. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be considerate of neighbors and the second apartment.
7. Parties & Events: Not allowed – other guests also want to enjoy their stay in peace.
8. Maximum Occupancy: The apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the booking.
9. Cleanliness: Please take good care of the apartment and leave it clean upon departure.
10. Waste Separation: Please separate waste according to local regulations (residual waste, paper, plastic, glass, organic).
11. Kitchen: Please clean used kitchen appliances, dishes, and cutlery before departure.
12. Balcony & Terrace: Barbecuing is permitted only with the provided equipment and until further notice. Dispose of ashes and grill residue properly.
13. Winter Sports Equipment: Skis, snowboards, and wet shoes must not be stored inside the apartment – please use the designated ski room.
14. Hiking & Sports Equipment: Please remove hiking boots in the entrance area to avoid dirt inside.
15. Heating: Use the tiled stove only after reading the enclosed instructions.
16. Ventilation: Please air out rooms briefly and thoroughly (shock ventilation) instead of leaving windows open continuously.
17. Fire Safety: Open flames and candles are not permitted.
18. Parking: Please park only in the designated parking spaces.
19. Wi-Fi Use: Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Please refrain from any illegal downloads.
20. Damage & Defects: Please report any damage or issues immediately so they can be fixed quickly.
21. Keys: Lost keys must be reported immediately; replacement costs will be charged.
22. Snow Removal: In case of snowfall, we kindly ask you to clear the stairs at the entrance to “Maria” and the pathway at “Anita.” This helps us avoid excessive and harmful use of de-icing salt.
